SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time:

  • All our products are made to order; please allow 3-5 Business days of processing time to ensure product quality.
  • We process orders Monday-Friday EST.
  • Order cut-off time will be 5 PM (GMT-05:00) EST.
  • Excluding post-office-mandated holidays: New Year's Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas.

 

Shipping Time:

We provide worldwide shipping. The Shipping Time will also be dependent on busy holiday delivery delays. After your order has been processed, the following is a general timeframe:

  • the United States 8-12 Business days
  • Canada 10-15 Business days
  • Australia 9-16 Business days
  • the United Kingdom 11-13 Business days
  • Other Countries 8-20 Business Days

Items arrive with United States Postal Service for all USA orders. In other countries, we will use Standard Ground in Continental.

Note: Delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time

All prices and figures are listed in USD dollars, and Charlylifestyle offers the exact shipping costs for our customers worldwide.

The standard shipping cost is calculated based on the price range, and we offer free standard shipping on orders over $130.

Order Tracking:

Your item will be processed and dispatched on a business day. Please note: During promotions, this may take longer.

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your order all the way home! Please note that it can take two days before the available tracking information.

If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available, the carrier has not yet processed your package. When the package is scanned into their system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.

CAN THE ORDER BE DELIVERED TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

We do not offer the shipment to multiple addresses for a single order. Please place those orders separately if you want items delivered to various addresses.

DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY TO PO BOXES OR MILITARY APO/FPO ADDRESSES?

We can send shipments to P.O. Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.

WILL I BE CHARGED VAT TAXES?

For orders in the U.S., all products include taxes and fees.

Items shipping internationally from the U.S. are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), and we do not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.


Your package may incur local customs or VAT charges depending on the receiving country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding your country's customs policies.

ABOUT DELAYED DELIVERY

Our shipping partners do their best to ensure that you receive your package on time, but sometimes delays may occur. Charlylifestyle is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen or uncontrollable events, such as:

  • Incorrect address
  • Missing apartment, building, floor, or unit number
  • Bad weather conditions
  • International customs procedures
