Payment Method

There are two options to pay for a purchase on CharlyLifeStyle.

  • Pay With PayPal

With PayPal, you can make online payments quickly and securely. You have the option to pay using your credit card, debit card, or bank account balance. Once you submit your order, you will be redirected to PayPal's website to complete your payment.

Benefits of Using PayPal:

Your payments can be easily tracked through your PayPal account. Additionally, CharlyLifeStyle will not have access to your credit card number or bank details, reducing the risk of unauthorized use.

  • Pay With Credit Cards

We accept Visa, MasterCard , Discover and American Express cards as a form of payment at this moment. Please note that when you make a payment, CHARLYLIFESTYLE will not collect your credit card number or personal information. Please ensure that you have verified your payment amount and entered the correct billing and card details.

Safe and Reliable Payment Guarantee

At CharlyLifeStyle, your security and privacy are our top priorities. We take great care to protect your information. When you submit your details through our website, they are securely safeguarded. Only authorized employees who require access for specific tasks, such as billing or customer service, can view personally identifiable information. Our computers and servers store this information in a secure environment.

When you submit sensitive payment information, it may be flagged for potential fraud, and we will need to verify your payment. In the event of a payment decline or failure, you may also be asked to provide proof of the transaction.

Payment - FAQs

  1. Why was I charged an international fee for my order?

Some customers have reported that certain bank cards may not be authorized for international transactions. To accommodate our global clientele, we utilize Stripe, an American payment processor that supports various payment methods but may incur additional fees.

International fees are charged by banks when purchases are made outside of your home country. We recommend contacting your bank to clarify if this applies to your transaction.

  1. Why is my card being declined?

There are several common reasons for a card decline. If your payment has been rejected and you’re unsure why, please consider the following:

  • Activation: Ensure your card is activated, especially if it’s new or recently reissued.
  • Card Information: Double-check that all your details were entered correctly, as errors like transposing numbers (e.g., CVV) can happen easily.
  • Expiration Date: Verify that your card has not expired.
  • Credit Limit: If you are over your credit limit or this transaction would exceed it, your purchase may be declined. Some credit cards allow you to exceed your limit, while others do not.
  • Fraud Detection: Large purchases, especially those outside your usual spending patterns, may trigger fraud alerts. You may need to verify the transaction with an OTP or by contacting your bank and retrying later.
  • Closed Account: If your account is closed, please reach out to your bank or try adding a new card.
  • Technical Issues: If a technical error occurs, please try again later.

If everything appears correct but your card is still declined, please call the customer service number on the back of your card. They may need to speak with you before authorizing the payment. Alternatively, you can complete your order using PayPal.

  1. Why am I being double-charged?

If you notice a double charge but only placed one order, first check your confirmation email.

If you received multiple confirmation emails with different order numbers (e.g., CHL0000), this indicates that you may have placed multiple orders. Please review your order details carefully and cancel any unwanted orders immediately. You can cancel your order here: Cancel Order.

If you received only one confirmation email, rest assured that for certain payment methods, we may place an authorization hold to verify that funds are available. This hold is temporary, and you will not be charged twice. If you’re unsure whether a charge is an authorization hold, we recommend contacting your bank for clarification. The hold should be released within one to eight business days.

  1. Do I need to pay import fees, duties, and taxes?

Customs policies vary significantly by country. Some countries do not impose import fees, while others do. Please note that we do not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes), which means you may be responsible for duties and taxes upon receiving your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged when your order arrives at its final destination, as determined by your local customs office.
